Warranty coverage for a faulty product is limited to manufacturer defects.

If a product fails within the 2 year warranty period, contact us with details regarding the failure and we will respond quickly with assistance. Warranty excludes physical damage, abuse, unauthorized modifications, and consumables such as ear inserts.
